Shipping & Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Reno Off-Road.

We accepts returns based on the below return process. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.

98% of our products have a manufacture warranty as well.



Orders are processed Monday through Friday during normal business hours 8:00am to 5:00pm PST.

Some orders are shipped direct from the manufacturer and may be delayed in their shipping process. In other cases, some orders are sent from multiple locations and may require that we ship items from the same order in more than one box. In these instances, shipping charges are based on the total weight of your order and you will only be charged one low delivery price.

Custom products or specialty items that are build to order may also require additional lead time for delivery depending on the manufacturer's production schedule and location. We will notify you if a product is build to order, and do our best to update this information directly on the product screen.



Domestic US orders ship UPS or FedEx, and Old Dominion Freight. Expedited 3 Day, 2 Day & Next Day shipping are available. Please call to request expedited shipping. International shipping is limited to specific products. Please call for international orders.

Orders placed Monday through Friday are processed within 48 hours. Orders placed on Saturday & Sunday are processed the next business day. If an order will be delayed or has items that are backordered, we will contact you.


Shipping Locations

We ship from a warehouse closest to you. If not from Reno, Nevada, from one of 14 available cross-dock locations nationwide. As well as, direct from the manufacture. Build to order products are typically drop shipped direct from the manufacture.

We do not charge more for shipping

than it cost us to get the parts to you.



We offer convenient delivery to our local customer in the Reno, Sparks and surrounding areas. If you are local, you can order online and choose the local delivery option, or call us so we can schedule your delivery




If you received an item that is damaged, defective, missing, wrong item, or an incorrect quantity then call us immediately 1-775-553-8333 so we can work with you to resolve it.



Returns are subject to a 5% to 15% handling fee. Not all returns will be charged. Any unused merchandise in the original packaging may be returned within 10 days of the original purchase date. There are no returns on electrical items, special orders such as build to order products. Discontinued items will be evaluated to determine if the product can be returned. No returns will be accepted of damaged (by user) or used items.


Return request need to be submitted using the attached form, so we can issue an RMA. Please include original packaging and a copy of your invoice or receipt.

Race Only and Non-DOT tires do not carry a warranty by the manufacture. Returns due to defects would follow the above return policy.
