Order Terms of Service

BILL-TO & SHIP-TO ADDRESS:

Need to be the same when checking out.

Unfortunately, due to a large increase in fraudulent activity, our check out will not approve your check out if the credit card bill-to address, does not match the address we are shipping the product to.

EXCEPTION to the process. If you contact us directly, with the request we will help cooperate with shipping to your end-customer.

PROCESS TIMES:

Orders are processed Monday through Friday during normal business hours 8:00am to 5:00pm PST.

Orders placed Monday through Friday are processed within one business day. Orders placed on Saturday & Sunday are processed the next business day.

Custom products or specialty items that are build to order may require additional lead time for delivery depending production schedule and location.

We will notify you if a product is build to order, the timeline until it ships. We do our best to update this information directly on the product pages.
